4th Walling; You're talking to a wise madman, he can roll with pretty much anything.
Fighting/Injuring; Ushahin is not a physical combatant. He only has one useful hand, which is a pretty new development for him. His other hand can't carry anything heavier than a dagger, and has awful fine motor control. He can't really fight back, but he is a telepath, and his most likely method of retaliation will be to get into a character's head and try for a good old mindscrew. Due to consequences, let's talk before any physical altercations happen!
Serious injuries; Probably okay, but let's be talking while they're going on.
Death; Maaaaaybe, but again let's talking first.
Kissing/Manhandling; Touching doesn't bother Ushahin, and in fact he's quite physically affectionate with people he likes. But he doesn't expect any kind of sexy anything, because...he's seen his own face.
Mind/Powers; Other telepaths who try and get into Ushahin's head are not going to be happy campers. He's crazy and in pain all the time, for one thing, but he's also been The Guy What Goes Into Other People's Heads for a really, really long time. Subtle manipulations could possibly work, but if he figures out what someone's doing, there will be some retaliation. tl;dr let's talk about it.
Important Appearance Note: Ushahin's actual appearance--specifically the injuries to his face--are way beyond my shoopin' abilities, so his icons will never be fully accurate! He's basically a half-elf in the Tolkien style, so he has that ethereal elf beauty thing going on, but one side of his head was caved in. One eye and one cheekbone sit sunken and lower on his face, and most of his expressions are crooked because that side of his face doesn't work as well. His sunken eye has a permanently fully dilated pupil, and he tries to keep that side of his face hidden by his hair, partially because he knows it's creepy and partially because light is painful. His hands were crushed when he was a child, and one of them is mostly useless, with twisted, arthritic-looking fingers. It's not pretend, he really can't do much with that hand. The other was healed by magic, and that arm is strong and whole. From the back, he looks normal and healthy and elfy.
